I give consent to the Home Safe Driver India Driver to operate my automobile in the event, I request their services. As a client of HomeSafeDriver, I understand and confirm that my automobile will be insured through my current insurance policy.
I undertake to pay the amount confirmed upon at the time the driver reaches me. And I also confirm to pay for the additional costs upon completion of stipulated hours of duty.
I will not hold the HomeSafeDriver or the driver liable for any damages of whatsoever nature in connection with the services rendered herein to me.
I will myself be liable and responsible for any damages to my car. HomeSafeDriver shall not be liable or responsible if:
any accident takes place,
theft of car, belongings, petrol, others
Ownership of the car and
Insurance & Registration of the vehicle verification.
I agree to carry the original registration documents or copy(s) attested by a gazetted officer.
I am not carrying on any activity of illegal nature or contrary to the rules, Regulations and Norms laid down by various authorities.
I will provide with a prior notice of at least 2 hours in the event of cancellation failing which I undertake to pay the charges as mentioned.
I will render all assistance to the HomeSafeDriver’s driver and team for the smooth functioning of the terms and conditions as mentioned above.
In case of any dispute regarding this contract, the courts at New Delhi alone will have jurisdiction.
Applicable Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws and decisions of the State of Delhi. In the event of commencement of any legal action regarding any term or condition of this engagement for Online Driver booking, such action by agreement is to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of India.
